Zoning Fee Schedule
- Zoning Permit – New resident (including mobile homes) $25.00
- Zoning Permit – Additions and renovations $25.00
- Zoning Permit – Garages, pole barns & accessory buildings (larger than 100 square foot) $25.00
- Zoning Permit – Temporary building $25.00
- Zoning Permit – Renewal $25.00
- Zoning Permit – Razed building $25.00
- Zoning Permit – Decks, patios & porches (larger than 100 square foot) $25.00
- Zoning Permits – Signs $25.00
- Temporary removal of soil, sand or other material $25.00
- Zoning Permit – Commercial application $125.00
- Zoning Permit – Industrial application $125.00
- Special User Permit – application fee* $225.00
- Zoning Board of appeals – application fee* $225.00

Land Division
Under the Land Division Act of 1996, all division of land is required to be approved by the township. Hudson Township has adopted an ordinance to regulate all land divisions within the township. Dividing and registering a parcel without approval from the Parcel Division Board may result in a municipal civil infraction. The regulations and requirements can be found within the Hudson Township Land Division Ordinance.
